Please do not work out the day of your appointment. This will cause excess bleeding during your procedure and will compromise the integrity of your results. Excessive bleeding will inhibit your skin from being able to retain pigment and heal properly. Cancellation Policy
Please know that when you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. When you cancel or reschedule your appointment last minute, I lose the opportunity to fill your spot and another client loses the opportunity to receive a service. I understand schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be required to pay a new deposit/cancellation fee in order to rebook as deposits/cancellation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you do not show up to your appointment you will forfeit your deposit and be unable to book any future appointments.
While I will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be rescheduled and you will be required to pay a cancellation fee. Please text me as soon as possible if you know you will be late to your appointment.
All deposits, services, and product sales are final. No exceptions.
